Service as It Should Be

In today’s Beauty & Cosmetics industry, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about our booking, cancellation, and guests policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please Note:

  • Braiding hair or Loc Extensions MUST be brought by the customer, as it is not provided. For best results, we suggest for our clients bring PRE-STRECHED hair to their appointment to avoid any cancellations, rescheduling or inconvenience. We ask that customers arrive with clean, detangled hair, as our stylists do not provide hair washing services.  

  •  If "Take Down" is not added to their appointment booking, they will be charged an additional fee of $30. We also require that all "special" tools or products needed for the desired hairstyle are brought by the customer. 

  • We do not provide hair wash services. All clients MUST come with their hair already washed prior to their appointment. We also recommend that clients wash their hair 24 - 12 hours prior to their appointment to ensure the best results. For clients with colored hair, we recommend that clients wash their hair 48 - 24 hours prior to their appointment.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

At CCsHairCare&Essentials, we have a strict appointment/booking policy. All bookings must be made in advance either over the phone or online, via our website or the Booksy app. To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking your appointment at least one week prior to your desired date. To limit any late bookings, the latest clients can book is two days before the appointment. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

 

We request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the full service you requested. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to adjust the service time or offer an alternative option. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late, and fail to provide notice prior to your late arrival. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, so we will do our best to work with you in case

of an emergency. It is important that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting. If you fail to provide adequate notice or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee or a deposit for future bookings. Please message, call or email our salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy.​

NO EXTRA GUESTS

Everything You Need to Know

At CCsHairCare&Essentials, we have a strict no extra guests policy. Unless a client is accompanied by a parent or guardian, extra guests are not permitted. This policy is in place due to space limitations and to ensure the safety of our clients, staff and other customers. We also want to ensure that each client can enjoy the privacy of their appointment and not be disturbed by additional guests. We strive to create a comfortable and safe space for our customers and their families. Thank you for understanding and respecting our no extra guests policy
